The journal doesn't rely upon the financial support of any funding agencies. Author(s) are requested to pay article processing charges as support for our maintenance and service. Article Processing Charges include peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, and maintenance of the journal, and allow immediate access to pdf and full-text versions of all accepted articles.
